The first floor and common area has a comfortable open living room/dining area as well as a beautifully designed galley kitchen. The first floor also has a half bath and large mud/laundry room. There are two sets of French doors that open out onto the mahogany deck that overlooks the river with seating and table for outdoor dining.
The second floor has a cathedral ceiling master bedroom with a queen bed and bank of windows that look out onto the river as well as a small bedroom/study or nursery with one twin bed. The second-floor is served by a large master bath with walk in tiled shower as well as a traditional soaking tub.
The ground floor has two high ceiling bedrooms with sets of French doors that open out to the river. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. The bedrooms are served by a full bathroom with a combination shower tub.
Galley kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the adjoining dining area.
Air conditioned all floors in all areas of the house, with a three zoned central air-conditioning system.
